Host and chef Martin creates the finest dishes every day for the half-board dinner
in the Restaurant Gädi Grächen. The 4-course menu is a veritable delight. The dishes are light, prepared with a fine refinement and pure pleasure for the eye. The a la carte offer seduces with classics, freshly prepared from A to Z.
