At a Valais house preserved in its original state, you will get information about the former living culture of the mountain farmers. Or the former schoolhouse, where you can learn interesting facts about the history of the school system in Valais. The church with its impressive architectural history and magnificent baroque furnishings must not be missed, of course. On your tour you will learn exciting details about the history of Gr\u00e4chen from the Neolithic Age to the present day. It continues to the former community hall, now the village museum, currently with an exhibition on the centuries-old suonen. These are just a few details of the impressive village tour around the beautiful old Valais village of Gr\u00e4chen.<br\/><br\/>The tour is led by Reinhard Walter. He is a retired teacher, writer and a walking encyclopedia of Valais and Gr\u00e4chen history.
